Lamb Cuts

What can I buy?

A Whole Lamb (Box) containing the following variety of cuts:

  • Leg of Lamb x 2
  • Shoulder x 2 (Rack / Gigot Chops)
  • Loin Chops
  • Minced Lamb
  • Diced Lamb

A Half Lamb (Box) containing the following variety of cuts:
  • Leg of Lamb x 1
  • Shoulder x 1 (Rack / Gigot Chops)
  • Loin Chops
  • Minced Lamb
  • Diced Lamb

How will it be packed?

The lamb or half lamb will be delivered in a cardboard box with each individual cut sealed in plastic trays and heat sealed for complete freshness and ready for use or for storage in your freezer. Every box will have the name and address of the producer farmer.

Who are our customers?

We supply lamb directly from the farm to customers homes,
restaurants and hotels.

 

How much will it cost?

The price of our lamb will vary due to the seasonal nature of production. However since we are managing the entire process ourselves and cutting out the middleman, we guarantee your lamb box will be on average
30% less expensive than your local supermarket.

Lowland Whole / Half Lamb - €11.00 per kg (avg. whole lamb is 15/16kg)
Mountain Heathered Whole Lamb - €11.00 per kg (avg. whole lamb is 10/12kg)
